Every dollar we spend has to explain itself.

We buy the media, make the creative that makes it work, and build the pages it lands on. Then we show you the account, the maths, and the misses.

Illustrative — this is how a programme is supposed to behave, not a client result. Real numbers live in Work.

The position

“Digital marketing” describes a channel. You are buying an outcome.

Every channel is digital now, so the label tells you nothing about what arrives. We sell three things instead: the buying, the creative that makes the buying work, and the page it lands on — under one roof, on one number.

1

Number you hold us to. Agreed in week one, reported every week after.

100%

Of ad accounts stay in your name. We are added as a partner, never the owner.

<24h

Reply time on working days, across your timezone, not ours.

0

Guaranteed ROAS figures. Anyone quoting one is quoting a number they do not control.

Capabilities

One team for the buying, the creative and the build.

Most brands run a media agency, a creative studio and a dev shop that blame each other on Fridays. We put all three in one room and one report.

01

Paid media

Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and marketplace ads run as one budget instead of four silos. Structure, bidding, incrementality tests, and a weekly decision on where the next unit of spend goes.

  • Meta
  • Google
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • Amazon
Retainer / % of spend
02

Performance creative & motion

The production line behind the media plan. Hooks, statics, UGC edits, 3D and motion graphics — shipped weekly in batches, retired on frequency and cost, not on taste.

  • Motion graphics
  • Ad edits
  • 3D product
  • Statics
  • Storyboards
Per batch / retainer
03

Shopify & WordPress builds

Custom themes, not template patches. Built for speed and for the ad click — because a two-second store turns a good campaign into a bad one before anyone sees the product.

  • Shopify themes
  • WordPress
  • Headless
  • Speed
  • Migrations
Fixed scope
04

CRO & landing pages

Where most of the cheap wins actually live. Page-level testing, offer framing, form friction, checkout — the half of performance marketing that happens after the click.

  • A/B tests
  • Landing pages
  • Checkout
  • Offer design
Sprint / retainer
05

Tracking & analytics

GA4, server-side tagging, consent mode, CAPI, attribution that survives iOS and cookie loss. If the measurement is wrong, every decision after it is a guess with a spreadsheet attached.

  • GA4
  • GTM server-side
  • Meta CAPI
  • Consent mode
  • Looker Studio
Fixed scope
06

Brand & product design

Identity, packaging, product and UI design for teams that need the brand and the ad account to agree with each other.

Method

Four steps, in this order, every time.

The order is the method. Running ads before the tracking is fixed is how agencies stay busy for six months and prove nothing.

Step 01

Audit

We open the ad accounts, the analytics and the store. You get the findings whether or not you hire us — including the ones that say you do not need an agency yet.

Week 1

Step 02

Agree the number

One metric, one measurement window, one source of truth. CAC, blended ROAS, MER, qualified pipeline — your call. Everything after this is judged against it.

Week 1

Step 03

Build the line

Tracking fixed first, then account structure, then the creative production cadence and the pages the traffic lands on. In that order, because each one breaks the next.

Weeks 2–4

Step 04

Run and report

Weekly: what we shipped, what it cost, what moved, what did not, and what we are doing about it. A live dashboard you can open at 2am without asking us.

Ongoing

What you can hold us to

The first 30 days, written down before you pay for them.

We are a young studio and we would rather earn trust with a dated plan than with a testimonial you cannot verify. If a date slips, the next month is on us.

Day 1–3

Access, not slides

Read-only access to ad accounts, GA4, GSC and the store. No kickoff deck. We would rather spend the week in your data than on a title slide.

Day 4–7

The audit lands

Where the money is leaking, what the tracking is lying about, and the three changes with the best return on effort — ranked, with the effort estimated.

Day 8–14

Measurement first

Events, conversions, server-side tagging and consent fixed and verified against the platform. We do not touch budget until the numbers agree with each other.

Day 15–21

First creative batch

New hooks in market. Not a rebrand — the smallest set of ads that will tell us what your buyer actually responds to.

Day 22–30

First honest read

What we learned, what we were wrong about, and the 60-day plan with the budget it needs. If the answer is that paid is not your bottleneck, we say that.

Work

Numbers we can evidence, and the window we measured them in.

Every figure here comes with its measurement window and its source. Where we could not attribute a result, we say so rather than round it up.

Nothing published yet

We would rather show you a live account than a case study.

Case studies go up here as engagements finish and clients approve the numbers. Until one is signed off, ask us on a call — we will screen-share a real account and walk you through what we changed and what it cost.

Book a call

Admin note — publish a Case Study to replace this block automatically.

Fit

Who we do our best work for.

Roughly a third of enquiries get told to come back later or go elsewhere. It is cheaper for both of us to find that out now.

DTC & ecommerce

Shopify brands past product-market fit that need spend to scale without CAC scaling with it.

B2B & SaaS

Long cycles, offline conversions, a CRM that has to agree with the ad platform. Pipeline, not lead count.

Brands entering new markets

US, UK, Gulf, EU or APAC launches where the creative and the offer both need to be re-tested, not translated.

Teams with an in-house marketer

You have the strategy and no production line. We become the buying and creative arm behind your own lead.

When we say no

  • Pre-product-market-fit startups hoping ads will find the fit for them.
  • Anyone who needs a guaranteed ROAS number in the contract.
  • Projects under a month — nothing meaningful reads that fast.
  • Work that needs the ad account in our name.

Engagements

Three ways in. All of them start with the audit.

Fees are in USD and exclude media spend, which stays on your own card. No lock-in beyond the minimum term, no percentage of a number we cannot show you.

Questions

The ones you are already thinking.

If yours is not here, it is a fair question — send it and we will answer it in writing before any call.

You are in India. How does that work for a US or UK client?

We hold overlap hours against your timezone rather than ours — EST, GMT, GST and AEST slots are all standing. Async is the default for reporting, calls are for decisions. In practice most clients speak to us twice a week and read the rest.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee the process, the reporting cadence, the hours and the deliverables. The number itself depends on your margin, your offer and your market — three things we influence but do not own.

Who owns the ad accounts and the creative?

You do, from day one. Your Business Manager, your billing, your card. We are added as a partner and removed with one click if it ends. On full payment, every file, asset and line of code is yours.

What if the audit says we do not need you?

Then it says that, and you keep the document. It happens often enough — usually the answer is a pricing or product problem that no amount of media buying fixes. We would rather lose a retainer than take one we cannot move.

How is this different from a digital marketing agency?

Structurally: media buying, creative production and web build sit in the same team, on one number. Most agencies sell one of the three and brief the other two out, which is why the handoffs are where the money dies.

What do you need from us to start?

Read-only access to the ad accounts, GA4 and the store, plus 45 minutes with whoever knows the margins. That is enough for the audit. Nothing else is billed until you have read it.

How do we pay from outside India?

Wire, Wise or Stripe in USD, GBP, EUR or AED. Invoiced monthly in advance against a signed SOW. Media spend never touches our accounts.

Can you work with our in-house team?

That is most of our work. We plug in as the buying and production arm behind your marketing lead — your strategy, our execution and our reporting.

Next step

Send us the account. We will tell you what is wrong with it.

One call, 30 minutes, no deck. Bring a login and a target and you will leave with three things to fix — whether or not you ever hire us.
